Govt. Claims Savings (Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, July 11. A claim that the Government had reduced the cost of school buildings—on a cost per pupil basis—by 38 per cent was made by the Minister of Education (M r Tennent) in the House of Representatives tbnight. Mr Tennent said that there were four types of post-pri-mary school, known as the Naenae, Henderson, Porirua and Nelson types.
