Postponement Of Air Blast

The United States will tomorrow detonate an underground nuclear test powerful enough to create a fireball effect, but it has postponed an atmospheric test for the fourth time Both low-yield nuclear tests had been scheduled for tomorrow. but the Atomic Energy Commission said the forecast of high desert winds again tomorrow morning caused another delay of at least 24 hours in the atmospheric test.
