Quickest Way To Cook A Roasting Fowl

This is the quickest and simplest way I haAe ever cooked a chicken. I smiled rather ruefully remembering far more time-expending efforts in the past, when it was voted the most attractive to look at and best to taste chicken. Mine was cooked effortlessly in an electric frying pan, but if you do not have that, exactly the same result can be achieved by using a covered baking dish and simmering gently on a top plate.
