Fire Council To See Sites
The New Zealand Fire Service Council had been invited to send representatives to Christchurch to discuss suitable sites for a Bryndwr station, which would also serve the Christchurch airport, Mr W. R. Campbell, the chairman, reported after an in-committee discussion by the Christchurch Metropolitan Fire Board last evening The airport committee of the City Council would be “kept in the picture." Mr Campbell said. Land agents had indicated that they, would have sometiling suitable to put before the board, he added.
