The steeplechaser. ’ Pulupita .made possibly his record jump yesterday in spite of an injury suffered at Avondale on Saturday Puluprta was being bathed in the TarrrJcl Estuary when a fur seal, which has frequented the area for a few weeks, suddenly appeared between the horse's X trainer, Frank Cobb.l said: ‘‘Old Pulupita jumped about 10 feet in the air, but then he entered the spirit of things and let the seal play around him."
