Kinross May Qualify “The Press” Special Service WELLINGTON, June 22. The Otaki galloper Kinross, which is trained by C. A Bowry for the Wellington Racing Club president, Mr R. A. Whyte, has an opportunity to qualify for racing at the Wellington winter meeting in the Walter Williams Handicap at Hawera tomorrow. Kinross’s first engagement at Trentham is in the Parliamentary Handicap on the second day. To become eligible he must, by acceptance time at 8 p.m on Saturday week, win a race of a minimum value to the winner of £4OO. The Williams Handicap, the first leg of the T.A.B. double on the opening day of the Egmont Racing Club’s winter meeting.
