A MOTTO WITH A MEANING
"The People Who Service What They Sell"' this has been the motto of Cotter's for very many years. In fact from the time »r were established nearly fifty years ago. it has been our policy to provide After-Sale Service for everything we sell. What has this meant ?
In short confidence and satisfaction
As our own Service Departments would suffer if we offered Appliances which were not reliable or for which spares were not available, the Customer has been able to piu-chase from us with complete confidence. Of our staff of 26, eighteen are connected with servicing in four departments Electrical. Radio and Television. Electric Blanket and Engineering. Our stock of spues and our facilities cannot be bettered by any similar firm in New Zealand and our services are sought from one end of the country to the other. In fact, we have recently had dealings with Australia and Canada.
One of the Brands we have been closely allied with for many years has been “Philip*.” one of the largest manufacturers of quality products in tbe world. Philips Electrical Industries have arranged this present convention at Surfers Paradise and we are pleased that Mr Cotter has been able to be one of their guests.
Although the trip should be a pleasurable one. the important function of it is to bnng the manufacturer and retailer together for the ultimate benefit of the customer. Latest world trends with regard to manufactured products. servicing facilities and equipment will be discussed and we hope to incorporate in our firm any further benefits which will assist to better the Service we are able to offer our customers.
"The People Who Service What They Sell" is a motto we are proud to display and the name of Cotter's. coupled with that of Philips, is a combination second-to-none and one which will bring complete confidence and satisfaction.
