The chairman of Fletcher Holdings (Sir James Fletcher) said in an interview yesterday he thought it essential that Britain joined the Common Market
Giving his personal opinion to the English language ■■China Mail.” he said Britain could not afford to stay out of the European Economic Community. If Britain did not join it would face diminishing trade and unemployment.
