RULING ON N.Z. BLAZER
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. June 8. Cyclists who have represented. and those who will represent New Zealand at Olympic or Empire Games mav wear a New Zealand Amateur Cycling Association blazer. This was decided at the annual meeting of the association tonight Previously only riders who had won a national senior title were eligible to wear the blazer.
