Golf PALMER REJECTS TOUR OFFER

(N.Z.P.A.-Reuten—Copyright) SYDNEY, June 7. The American golfer, Arnold Palmer, has refused a £5OOO offer to tour Australia for three weeks in October. A spokesman for the sponsors of the tournament announced this in Sydney last night. He said advice had been received that “other commitments” had forced Palmer to reject the offer. BOLE IN ONE Mrs R.
