Potato Shipments Up to last Saturday 60 060 sack? of potatoes had been shipped from Lyttelton. 22.054 sacks in the last fortnight. C.B.C. Bonus And Cash Issues (N.Z Press Association) WELLINGTON. June 1. The Commercial Bank Company of Sydney advise that the board has resolved to call an extraordinary general meeting on August 17 to consider resolutions to capitalise £499,200 and issue bonus shares in the proportion of one £1 bonus share for each £l5 of stock held at that date. The board further resolved that subject to passing the above resolution, to issue a further 512,000 shares of £1 each and to offer 499.200 of those shares to members on a l-for-15 basis.
