A 21-year-old Christchurch scrap-metal dealer. Terrence McDonald, was sentenced to three years' imprisonment by Mr Justice Henry, when he appeared in the Supreme Court at Dunedin today for sentence on a charge of breaking and entering McDonald last week was convicted by a jury on a charge of breaking arid entering an Oamaru Licensing Trust bottle store He was represented by Mr B .1. Drake, of Christchurch Mr J. B. Deaker appeared for the Crown.
