All the major cities play a part in the total production of Feit and Textiles of New Zealand. Its manufacturing units are:—
Auckland: Laces, padding. cords, braided products. footwear components
Wanganui: Underfelt and padding. Marton: Wool scouring and carbonising for internal consumption and export.
Wellington: Footwear components. Lower Hutt: Tufted carpet Feltex, shoes, sandals, slippers polyurethane foam, felts, industrial paddings.
Christchurch: Wilton and Axrolnster earpets, shoes, footwear components. Dunedin: Flock.
