Sales Maintained, Profit Higher Directors of Vibrapac Blocks, Ltd., Christchurch are recommending a Anal dividend of 5 per cent, for the year ended March 31. 1962. This rate is unchanged from last year and follows an interim dividend of 5 per cent, declared in November. “In spite of the difficulties of the building trade, sales have been well maintained and consolidated profits are higher than last year,” they say. The annual meeting will be held early in July at the company’s Hornby plant. Northern Steam Dividend (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. May 23. The Northern Steam Ship Company, Ltd.. Auckland, has increased its dividend from 7 per cent, to 8 per cent, but is omitting last year’s 2 per cent, bonus dividend. Directors recommend a final dividend of 4J per cent., which follow?* an interim dividend of 3J per cent. The shares issued in the one-for-2 bonus issue on holdings as at March 31 do not rank for dividend until the interim dividend for the current year. The final divident is pavable on June 27, ex June 14,
