Trade Drive Planned
(KZ. Press Assn.—Copyright) CANBERRA, Msy 21. An Australian-wide campaign to increase exports was announced yesterday by the Minister for Trade (Mr John McEwen). He said the campaign would include a vigorous publicity drive, spearheaded by a television programme series featuring export success stories: and a programme of export seminars to inform senior executives of export opportunities, methods and facilities. Mr McEwen said the campaign would complement earlier Government export activities and the provision of facilities such as export incentives, export insurance and the newly-announced trading bank credit arrangements.
