Perfect Alibi
(N Z Press Association) AUCKLAND. May 22. A man who was to have appeared in the Magistrate's Court al Auckland today on three charges of obscene exposure had a perfect alibi "The accused was in prison at the time the offerees were alleged to have occurred," said the police prosecutor. Sergeant N. G. S. Howes. Sergeant Howes was granted leave to withdraw the charges. Mr A. A. Coates. S.M.: “He couldn’t have had a better alibi.”
