One Accused Guilty
(N Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN, May 16. After a retirement, of an hour and a quarter, a jury in the Supreme Court at Dunedin today found lan Robertson Mclntosh, aged 31, of Christchurch, not guilty on a charge of breaking and entering the Oamaru Licensing Trust bottle store on April 29 with intent to commit a crime. Charged with Mclntosh with the same offence, Terence McDonald, aged 22, also of Christchurch, was found guilty and was remanded for sentence by Mr Justice Henry.
