AUCKLAND, May 16.

The prices of new cars in New Zealand, or any country, have a natural tendency to rise as cars get bigger and better. , The fallowing list gives an indication of most of the retail prices for new cars in New Zealand at present.

The prices are likely to vary in some instances according to the number of accessories or because of differing shipments.

Many of the cars listed are available only with sterling funds.

The maximum retail selling prices are:—
