May 16 The Wellington City Council w.u confer with the three other major centres with a view to forming a common policy on means of comprehensive redevelopment of “blighted” inner city areas The council agreed to this tonight on the recommendation of the housing chairman Mr W G Morrison, who said that in view of the practical impossibility of comprehensive redevelonment with’-ut some form of subsidy discussions with other centres should be initiated to get information and eventual common policy. <
