Mud Throwing Tests
Tests to find out how mu n h mud is thrown from vehicles which have no mudrlaps w... be made by the Automobile Association, Auckland. Council members said they were dissatisfied with a ruling oy the Commissioner of Transport (Mr A. E. Forsyth) that all new dual rear-wheel vehicles must be fitted with flaps from October 1. They felt that all vehicles, old or new, should be fitted with proper mudflaps.
