Talks On New Refugee Body
(N.Z.P.4 .-Reuter—Copyright) CANBERRA, May 11. Two Australian Federal Ministers are to discuss the possibilities of forming an international organisation to handle the flow of refugees from China. They are the Minister for External Affairs and Immigration Minister (Sir Garfield Barwick), and (Mr Alexander Downer). Mr Downer told Parliament yesterday he would initiate the discussion, after a plea by Libera] back-benche, Sir Wilfrid Kent Hughes, for establishment of such an organisation.
