Plans For No. 1 Stand
With the demolition of the No. 2 stand at Lancaster Park, the Canterbury RugbyUnion has decided to accommodate season ticket holders of last season in the No. 1 stand this year. They will be joined there by 1961 season ticket holders from No 4A stand.
No season tickets for this stand are being sold this year but the union has decided that spectators who prefer to sit there may do so on days other than the few occasions when all stands are booked.
