FUELIC NOTICK MALVERN COUNTY COUNCIL CLOSURE OF STREETS TO ORDINARY VEHICULAR TRAFFIC Pursuant to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road closure) Regulations 1949. notice is hereby given that for the purpose of enabling the Malvern Go Kart Club to hold a road meeting. the following streets in Darfield will be closed to ordinary vehicular traffic for the period indicated hereunder. Halkett street, McMillan street. North Terrace, from Post Office to McMillan st. and portions of the unnamed railway streets adjoining the Centennial Plot. During the period of closure, the following provision will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic which would otherwise use the streets. Period of closure: 11 a.m. to 4.30 pm. on Saturday, April 21. 1962. Alternative provision for ordinary vehicular traffic: Detour available via the McMillan street railway crossing and Maxwell street. Arrangements will also be made for necessary traffic to use these streets at controlled intervals. It will be an offence under the above regulations for any person otherwise than under authority of an authorised permit to use the streets for ordinary vehicular traffic during the period of closure.
