88.6 p.c. Accept Vibrapac Offer
Holders of 88.6 per cent, of the 60.000 shares in Vibrapac (Otago), Ltd., not previously held by Vibrapac Blocks, Ltd., Christchurch, have accepted the Christchurch firm’s offer for their shares. The Christchurch company announced yesterday that acceptances now total 53,186 shares. A further 814 shares are required to bring the total to 90 per cent, "to enable the merger to be completely effective under the Companies Act.” The date for acceptance has been extended until 5 p.m. on Friday, May 4.
