NEW HELLABY MOVE
One-For-3 Bonus Issue (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. April 18. R. and W. Hellaby, Ltd,, Auckland, is to capitalise £375,000 of pre-1957 profits in a bonus issue of ordinary £1 shares in the ratio of one-for-three. The issue will increase paid capital from £1,125.000 to £1.5 million. In 1959 the company made a one-for-two bonus, also from accumulated profits, which raised capital by £375,000. The £1 ordinary shares traded at 65s 6d on the Auckland Stock Exchange today have risen from 61s over the last two months.
