New Govt. For Finland
(N.ZJ’.A.-Reuter— Copyright) HELSINKI. April 15 The former Foreign Minister (Dr. Ahti Karjalainen) announced last week he had formed a Government, ending Finland’s 44-day political crisis. The new Government is drawn from the four nonSocialist parties, which have 112 seats in the 200-member Parliament. Mr Karjalainen, aged 39. was Foreign Minister in the last Government.
