A special commission of doctors to investigate drugtaking and its effect on sportsmen bas been set up by the International Olympic Committee. The commission will be presided over by New Zea-iand-born Sir Arthur Porritt, chairman of the British Commonwealth and Empire Games Federation. He is a member of the executive of the 1.0. C., on which he represents New Zealand. The commission expects to hold its first meeting in Geneva this spring.
