Plunket Mothers Complain IN.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 15. The unsatisfactory nature of many plastic pram hoods drew comment at the bi-annual meeting of the Dominion council of the Plunket Society. Mbtoers complained that in summer their babies became over-heated and suffered from heat rashes on their heads. The society decided to raise the matter with the manufacturers.
