T. T. Skoglund To Be Captain (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 16. Eleven New Zealanders are to be among the competitors from 11 countries in the world bowling tournament, which is tc be staged at Seattle as part of the celebrations of the world fair in the city. The New Zealanders, who have been organised and who [will be led by the five-star champion, T. T, Skoglund are |D. Webster, of Otaki; C McGarry, formerly of Christchurch and now of Wellington; R. Frampton, of Morrinsville, W. Menzies of Hamilton: G. Dustin, of Henderson: H. Baigent, of Remuera: A. Watson, of Papakura; and F. Jackson, T. Sheehan and M Winter, of Carlton. Auckland. The party is to leave Auckland on June 7 and after arrival in Vancouver on June 21 will spend five days there and another day at Victoria, becoming acquainted with the standard-type greens which will be in use it. Seattle After arrival at Seattle on | June 28. the New Zealanders will have a practice session [before starting in the tournament on July 1.
