INSPECTION COMMITTEE
Application For Payment (b>\Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN. April 16. An application for payment for the committee of inspection of the Standard Insurance Company was heard by Mr Justice Henry in chambers today. After legal consideration by counsel his Honour reserved consideration of the matter. The application was made by the liquidator of the company. Mr H. S. J. Tilly, who sought the opinion of the Court on the question of payment for the committee. Mr G. B. McKenzie appeared for the applicant, Mr F. W. Guest for the committee. and Mr J. P. Cook for the Official Assignee.
