RACING Moy Wins Easily In Hastings Gold Cup

HASTINGS, April 15. The Otaki rider, C. A. Bowry rode three winners, including the main double, oh the final day of the Hawke’s Bay autumn races on Saturday. Bowry was successful on Arid in the Te Mahanga Handicap, and Outcome in the Okawa Handicap, and then brought home the little fancied Oceana in the Hastings Hack Cup. The feature event, the Ormond Gold Cup. weight-for-age. was won by Moy, who waited on the leader Key to the home turn then went ahead at the furlong and won decisively. Results:—
