BOY KILLED IN CRASH
Cars Wrecked On Highway ( N-Z. Press Association) INVERCARGILL. Apr. 15. A boy was killed and his brother, aged nine, was injured when two cars collided on the OtautauNightcaps main highway. 20 chains west of the Wairio Presbyterian Church. on Saturday. The dead child is Barry John Barnfield, of Nightcaps. His brother, Brian Barnfield. is suffering from lacerations to the forehead His condition is satisfactory The other occupants of the car in which the dead boy was a passenger were his father. Mr Kenneth George Bamaeld, and his mother. Mrs Nancy Barnfield Both were treated for shock and abrasions. The driver of the other vehicle, Mr Dallas Albert Trainor, aged 62, of Ohai. a n I J ce!Ved treatment Both cars were wrecked.
