Forecast.— Nelson and Marlborough.—Moderate northerly' winds, becoming fresh about the sounds; fine, with mild afternoon temperatures. Outlook: partly cloudy with a few showers. West Coast.—Moderate westerlies predominating; a few showers developing, otherwise cloudy; moderate temperatures. Outlook: scattered showers. Canterbury.—Moderate to fresh north to northeast winds; partly cloudy; a change to moderate south-wester!ies in the late afternoon or evening with scattered showers and cooler temperatures.
