SENIOR BUTCHER: Experienced in ordering and cutting meats and who is confident that pre-packaged meats can be successfully displayed and sold. ASSISTANT BUTCHER: An opportunity lor a young man to enter the butchery business under the supervision of an experienced tradesman. Knowledge can be gained in the latest methods of packaging and retailing all types of meats. SENIOR PRODUCE SUPERVISOR: Preference for this position will be given to a man who has had extensive experience in a retail fruit and vegetable shop or who has held o position in a market. His responsibilities will cover the buyng, display and the supervision of packaging both fruit and vegetables. ASSISTANT PRODUCE STAFF: Several positions are available for young ladies who would like to work Jn this section. Age group 16 to If years. SENIOR GROCERY ASSISTANT: An important position with good prospects. The successful applicant will have full control of the grocery section and will be responsible for the grocery staff supervision, ordering, displays and merchandising ideas.
