That Rule V of the Rules of the Association be amended by adding as a separate paragraph after the eleventh paragraph thereof the following:— "Notwithstanding anything to the contrary elsewhere in these Rules contained, the accounts and statements referred to in the preceding paragraph hereof in respect of the affairs of the Association, after the 31st day of December. 1961. shall be prepared in respect of yearly periods ending on the 30th day of September in each year with the exception of the first such account and statement which shall be prepared in respect of the period from and including the Ist day of January, 1962. to the 30th day of September 1962, and the provisions of Rule XIV of these Rules shall apply to this period as if it were a financial year." 2. That Rule VI of the Rules of the Association be amended by deleting the word “February’’ from the second line of the fifth paragraph thereof and substituting the word "November" in lieu thereof.
