Situated in Wellington, the restaurant caters for a refined clientele at a smorgasbord luncheon and a dinner dance. There is a full time orchestra and floor shows three times weekly. THE MAN The successful applicant for this responsible position will have proven abilities coupled with high integrity. Previous experience tn a similar position in the better class of restaurant would be highly desirable. He will have a cheerful personality and the ability to mix with the clientele at all levels. He will take up his duties as assistant manager until he has proved his ability to take over the position of manager, responsible to the Directors for profitability of the restaurant. Age will probably be in the range of 27-40 years, but anyone with the necessary qualifications will be considered. THE REWARDS Commencing salary will be by negotiation, but on taking over the managership will rise to between £l5OO - £1750 or higher depending on age and qualifications.
