Seven Drowned In February

(HZ. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Mar. 6.

Higgins, secretary tit the national water safety committee, as “a disturbing feature.” He said he hoped people were not forgetting an important rule in rock fishing—to keep well out of reach of all waves, not just average ones, but the big one that comes along “out of the blue.”
