SHIP DISPUTE SETTLED
Waipori Sails For Sydney The dispute aboard the in-ter-colonial freighter, Waipori, about a seat for the helmsman has now been settled and the Waipori sailed for Sydney yesterday afternoon. The crew, who refused to take the Union Steam Ship Company's Waipori to sea last week-end because the helmsman had not been supplied with a seat, as provided for in a new award, was told that a seat would be made available in Sydney. The Waipori was originally scheduled to sail on Friday i evening.
