Local Election Provision
( N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. March 5. Most New Zealand local bodies favoured the provisions of the Local Elections and Polls Amendment Act passed at the last session of Parliament providing for up to six days for the conducting of local body elections, according to delegates to the annual conference of the New Zealand Institute of Town Clerks, which opened in Auckland today.
But Auckland and Wellington delegates said they expect difficulties in any attempts to implement such a scheme because of adjoining bodies-
