B. L. Hart Board Changes ( N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. March 5. Felt and Textiles of New Zealand. Ltd., has now acquired ownership of B. L. Hart and Company. Ltd., and in accordance with previous undertakings, former shareholders of B. L. Hart have been allotted ordinary shares in Felt and Textiles of New Zealand on the agreed basis. The former directors of B L. Hart have resigned, and the following appointments have been made to the board of that company: Messrs H. R. H. Chalmers (chairman). K A Wills (managing-director), G. G. G. Watson, D M. Young, I. D. Reid, and H. W. Rowden.
