DRIVER BANNED FOR 10 YEARS
( N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Mar. 5. A man who appeared in the Magistrate’s Court today for the fourth time for an offence involving the use of a car while under the influence of liquor was sentenced to one month’s imprisonment and was disqualified from driving for 10 years. The accused, William Laurence Moffat, aged 43, a carpenter, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drink or a drug before Mr L. G. H. Sinclair, S.M.
