Clarke, N. Anderson. R. Hickling, G. Bing, D. Vertongen (West Coast North Island); D. Smith, G. Hill. J. Glennie, G. Wright, M. Meyer (Wellington); T. Weir, T. Cameron, B. Berry, D. Huria (Canterbury); D. Hillary, G. Sycamore, R. Giles, M. McLeay (Otago-Southland).
