WELLINGTON, Feb 14 The appeal of Mr M. M Hibbard, owner of Studio, against the horse being relegated from first to third in the Metropolitan Handicap

at Riccarton on November 11. 1961, on the grounds of interference, was dismissed today by the appeal judges of the New Zealand Racing Conference.
