Youth’s Sentence Reduced
( N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Feb. 14.
An appeal by Warwick John Richardson Hooper, aged 17, a truck driver, against a sentence of Borstal training on a charge of unlawful conversion of a car and unlawful carnal knowledge of a girl aged 15 was allowed today by Mr Justice Woodhouse in the Supreme Court at Auckland His Honour sent Hooper to the detention centre for a maximum term of three months. ’r
