INDIANS IN TRINIDAD
148 Lead On Third Day (N Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) PORT OF SPAIN (Trinidad), Feb. 13. The Indian cricket tourists, with nine second-inhings wickets standing, had a lead of 148 over Trinidad at the close of play on the third dav of their four-day match at Port of Spain yesterday. The Indian* were one for 28 in their second innings. Earlier, they had gained a first-innings lead of 120. dismissing Trinidad for 246 after totalling 366 themselves. C. Borde and P. Umrigar bowled well for the tourists, Borde taking four for 83 with his leg-spinners, and Umrigar three for 35 with his steady, medium-nace bowling. The Indian lead would have been even bigger if their catching had matched their fine ground fielding. Altogether four chance* were missed during yesterday's play. The Trinidad captain, W.
