“Another Side To Statement”
( N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 13. “There is another side to the statement made by the Minister of Industries and Commerce, Mr Marshall,” said the Leader of the Opposition (Mr Nash) tonight when asked to comment on the release of the text of a letter written by the Labouir Government’s Minister of Finance (Mr Nordmeyer) to Aluminium, Ltd., of Canada. “The facts associated with it will be made available at a reasonably early date,” said Mr Nash. Mr Nordmeyer. who was in Oamaru tonight, said he intended to make a statement on the Alcan agreement tomorrow.
