New Hallenstein Bros. Purchase

Hallenstein Brothers. Limited, has purchased the 33.090 ordinary shares in Warnock’s Drapery. Limited Wanganui, part settlement being made by the issue of one Hallenstein Brothers share for every two Warnocks
The new shares carry 5-12ths of any dividend declared for the year ending June 30. 1962.
Paid capital of Hallenstein Brothers is now £567,000—£462.500 ordinary and £105,000 preference.
