Christchurch Protest
A protest against the decision to hold nuclear tests in Nevada and on Christmas Island, especially in view of the forthcoming disarmament talks at Geneva, was sent to the British Prime Minister (Mr Macmillan) by the Christchurch Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament yesterday. The cable message said the organisation joined others in strongly protesting the decision.
