Cuba (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) BUENOS AIRES. Feb. 8 Argentina has broken off diplomatic relations with Cuba, the Argentine Foreign Ministry announced in Buenos Aires today, the British United Press reported. A week ago, the Argentine armed forces demanded that the Government take a strong stand against Cuba. At the recent conference of the Organisation of American States in Punta del Este, Uruguay, Argentina did not join the United States and other nations in voting to expel Cuba from the organisation.
