WAIMAIRI COUNTY COUNCIL REDEMPTION LOAN PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Waimairi County Council at its meeting held on January 29. 1962. resolved to proceed to raise in New Zealand a Water Supply Redemption Loan of £11.500 for the purpose of redeeming that portion of the Water Supply Loan, 1954, of £145.000 which matures on April 30. 1962. The term of the redemption loan shall be 10 years. Repayment shall be by annual redemption of principal in accordance with the terms approved by the Local Authorities Loans Board.

The rate of interest shall be such as shall not produce to . the lender or lenders a rate exreeding five and one-eighth ' (£5 2s 6d) per centum per ’ annum.
